Collaboration
We use the Internet to rapidly exchange drawings,
status reports and other project deliverables with clients. Clients
have access to our Extranet, from where they can easily download and
upload drawings & other project related documents. This system
ensures the availability of the drawings at any time and from any
location.
We use an advance web-based system (HOOPS)
internally to control projects, assign people and manage time-booking
for projects.

to support Internet-based project collaboration. While most project
interactions can take place over the Internet, we are fully equipped to
handle project requirements using traditional methods also. |
Service Delivery Process
Our delivery process is totally integrated with that
of our
clients. This begins with the initialization of the assignment, where
clients use our Extranet to deliver the project details. Throughout the
execution of the assignment, our team is in touch with the client to
mutually review the progress of the project. Finally, the outputs are
delivered to the clients using the Extranet and post-delivery support
is provided from our Indian and US offices1.
