Objective of Consulting Services

Preparation of Deposit Block Model of Sambhupura Limestone Mines to maximise deposit life and establish optimal and cost effective mining pattern for meeting the plant requirements.

Scope of Consulting Services

  • Review of detailed geological investigation results including topographical survey, geological mapping, core/DTH drilling, sampling and chemical analysis
  • Preparation of drill hole database from prospecting data
  • Preparation of deposit block model for the total deposit and most potential block, BLOCK-A separately
  • Establishing optimum mining parameters in terms of Lime Saturation Factor, Silica Ratio and Alumina Ratio
  • Implementation of the deposit model at site
  • Preparation of mining plan for the total life of mine, and 10 year plans for the total life of mine.
  • Preparation of practical 5 yearly, yearly and quarterly plans for first 5 years
  • Identification of resource requirement
  • Finalisation of sump area in the pit
  • Reject handling and dumping
